Every product goes through the same discipline: build a prototype, hand it to real athletes, and listen harder to their complaints than their compliments. We'd rather delay a launch than ship something an athlete has to work around.

We co-design with the people who actually compete in our gear, not just the people who model it. Their feedback overrides internal opinion, always.
